"Before you speak ... Think!"

A lot of people are making mistakes because they don’t think first of the things that they will do or say. Especially when you are angry, you say things that you are sorry afterwards. When you are angry try to count one to ten before you speak so that you are calm and you can’t say anything that can hurt other people. You don’t want to hurt anyone because you don’t want that to happen to you as well. Be very careful of what you say because it also reflects to what other people think about you. A lot of people will adore and trust you because of that.

  2. It was also hard to remember to be calm but this is also true, I think this is helpful, inspiring, necessary and also kind. If only all the people around the word knew about this, we can lessen to hurt other's feelings.

  3. Observe yourself and recognize the situation. If you see people reacting negatively, by means of their facial expression or body language you have to control your temper, sit back and relax. It only takes once to ruin yourself to others.
